Michigan Fiber Festival is a non-profit organization carrying on the tradition of wool fiber events in Michigan. It is dedicated to servicing and promoting the animal and natural fiber industry and fiber arts by providing workshops to learn more about all fiber arts, a Celebration of Fibers on Saturday and Sunday; including animal shows, art & fiber competitions, free workshops, free demonstrations, vendors and much more.

Windy City Knitting Guild is arranging a tour bus on Saturday August 21, 2010. The bus leaves from the Loading Zone in front of the Sulzer Regional Library, 4455 N. Lincoln Avenue at 7 a.m. sharp.

The bus will leave on time (7 a.m.) so do not be late. The bus will leave the fairgrounds at 6 p.m. and return to Chicago about 9 p.m.
